We carefully select men and women we can develop into highly skilled soccer coaches. We look for men and women who possess excellent character, athletic acuity, self-discipline, compassion, patience and a tender heart for children. These coaches must earn the respect of people from all castes and ages.

@BIBLICAL COUNSELORS
We carefully select young women to train in the work of counseling. Many of the children (streetkids) we are privileged to rescue come from tragic backgrounds of living in severe poverty have suffered many forms of abuse: sexual, physical, psychological, labor, and drug abuse. Having well trained counselors helps those children who have been rescued to find holistic healing.

@PASTORS
We carefully select young men who are aspiring to be local church pastors to train them for the work of ministry. We mentor these men to become effective in sharing the gospel and excellent expositors and communicators of the Word of God. Personal mentorship and hands on experience in sharing the good news equips these men to build solid churches in the Lord’s perfect timing.
